These pictures are of people I came across during our recent trip to China. They were all taken with a Leica M camera and a selection of lenses, mostly 50 summicron,  90 elmarit and 135 telyt.

The people are so friendly and interesting, in most cases they were aware that I was taking their photograph, and sometimes they were even pleased.

It's lovely to be in a country where it's fine to take snaps of children.
